Food waste in the hospitality industry in a major issue and here at LOWE we want to show that it can be reduced.

LOWE takes would be food “scraps” and “excess” that would be destined for the bin in most restaurants and through ingenuity and creativity, craft a mutli-course experience full of flavors from items that guests wouldn’t normally see on the menu.

Items such as skins, seeds, and stems, with the goal to educate our guests, and teach them that sustainability isn’t a boring stereotype, but instead can be creative, engaging, original and most importantly, delicious.
