Terms & Conditions

This reservation is sold subject to these Terms and Conditions (the “T&C”). The T&C should be read carefully prior to purchase and purchase of Reservation(s) constitutes acceptance of the T&C.

  1. Unfortunately we are unable to cater to all dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances. Please inform LOWE of any dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances prior to booking. LOWE will inform you if the requirement can be catered for.
  2. This reservation must be produced to gain entry into an experience at LOWE.
  3. This reservation must not, without the prior written consent of LOWE be used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes.
  4. This reservation is only valid for the specific date, time and experience shown.
  5. LOWE does not offer refunds or exchanges once a ticket has been purchased. An experience once purchased results in us not accepting other reservations due to our commitment to fulfill your reservation.
  6. Should you wish to change the reservation date, we will try to accommodate your request based on availability and within a 48 hours notice. We will look at alternative dates, but confirmation will be based on availability only.
  7. Bookings are transferrable. Should you prefer to transfer your ticket, you need to advise LOWE and furnish all details prior to the event.
  8. Any bookings purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser’s risk. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.
  9. In case of a no show, we will not be able to offer a refund.  Please note that arriving late may result in missing part of your experience.
  10. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency).
  11. All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
  12. LOWE reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the event by others.
  13. No food or drinks purchased outside are permitted inside LOWE.
  14. The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet LOWE’s requirements and standards. We encourage you to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
